The Fun Jump Itinerary

Day 1: Arrival in Kathmandu

Welcome to Nepal! You’ll be greeted at the airport and transferred to your hotel in the vibrant capital. Settle in, meet your fellow skydivers, and get a full expedition briefing from your jump coordinators.

Day 2: City Jump + Gear Check

We kick things off with a jump near Kathmandu — a great opportunity to shake off the jet lag and warm up your canopy over the Kathmandu Valley. Spend the afternoon checking gear, reviewing airspace plans, and prepping for the week ahead.

Day 3: Travel to Pokhara

Take a scenic drive or short flight to Pokhara, Nepal’s adventure capital. Nestled beneath the Annapurna range, this laid-back lakeside city will serve as your main jump hub. Optional gear check and local sightseeing in the evening.

Day 4–6: Jump Operations in Pokhara

Three full days of jumping from altitudes up to 15,000 ft over one of the world’s most breathtaking landscapes. On clear days, you’ll spot the snowcapped peaks of Annapurna, Machhapuchhre, and even Everest in the distance. Jumps include:

  • Lake-view canopy flights

  • Mountain backdrop exit shots

  • Multiple aircraft types (heli or fixed-wing) depending on the day

     

Day 7: National Park Jump

Experience something rare: a jump into one of Nepal’s protected national parks (location depends on weather and permissions). This is a low-volume, high-impact jump site and a highlight of the trip for many sport jumpers.

Day 8: Return to Kathmandu

Fly or drive back to Kathmandu. The rest of the day is yours to relax, shop, or explore the temples, markets, and historic sites of the city. We close the expedition with a casual group gathering or dinner (optional)

    Site permits, airspace clearance, ground crew, and safety briefings

    Organized media days with jump photography (bring your own camera gear if shooting)

    Our team is on hand to guide you through Nepal’s cities, customs, and cuisine
